Join the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas and UTMB occupational therapy student, Sarah Malone, for an occupation-based skills camp! Our week-long summer camp aims to provide your teen with opportunities to practice teamwork, learn about healthy habits, and discover enjoyable fitness activities for the future. Find Your Fit will include various physical activities promoting aerobics, gross motor coordination, balance, and strength. Social and educational activities, such as gardening and nutritional education, will also be incorporated.

Find Your Fit will be held at DSG from Monday to Thursday, providing a familiar environment with familiar faces for our members. On our final day, we'll head to AMF Bowling in Richardson for some team fun! We can't wait to see your teen there!

Space is limited and registration is required. If you have any questions or would like to discuss potential accommodations, please email Hannah@downsyndromedallas.org.

Once the registration form is complete, please complete payment to finalize your registration.

Meet Sarah!

Hello! I’m Sarah, a UT Dallas alumna and current 3rd year Doctor of Occupational Therapy student at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. I chose to pursue OT because I want to help individuals participate in meaningful occupations for a better quality of life.

I spend my free time playing pickleball, hanging with family/friends, playing with my 2 cats, and traveling!

I’m excited to combine my expertise in OT with my passion for helping others by creating and implementing a summer camp for youth/adolescent members of DSG to encourage physical and social activity.
