Team captains (or a designated team member) are responsible for picking up shirts for their entire team on Saturday, October 10, anytime between 10 am and 4 pm, at the DSG office located at 1651 N. Collins Blvd. Suite 170, Richardson, TX 75080. No appointment is needed.

Please have your team name ready when you arrive. If you need assistance carrying shirts to your car, volunteers will be available to help.

REMINDER: Commemorative Buddy Walk® t-shirts are available for registered participants. All shirts for your team will be pulled in advance based on the sizes submitted at registration. At pickup, you’ll receive a list of your team members and their shirt sizes to distribute accordingly. Only those who registered by the September 20 t-shirt deadline and requested a shirt will be on your list.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL BUDDY WALK® TEAM CAPTAINS:

• Shirts MUST be picked up before Walk Day.

• Team Captains (or a designated team member) are responsible for picking up all shirts for the entire team.

• Shirts will NOT be available for pick up at the Buddy Walk® and cannot be held at the Buddy Walk®.

• Please notify your team members that you will have their shirts and will distribute them accordingly.

• If you cannot pick up on October 10, shipping is available for an additional fee or you may contact Jennifer Ford to schedule a pick up appointment during regular business hours the week of October 12. Please note that pick up appointments may be limited and are subject to availability.

A small number of extra shirts may be available after t-shirt pickup; however, quantities will be very limited. Any additional shirts will be for sale at the Buddy Walk® on Sunday, October 18. The registration tables will open just inside the Home Plate Entrance on event day at 10:45 am.
