What to Expect: Stick Together is a community event dedicated to teaching lacrosse to children with Down Syndrome in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will rotate through different activity stations where they can learn passing, shooting, and other basic lacrosse skills while enjoying an inclusive and engaging experience with their families. The goal is to make this a recurring event that continues to celebrate and engage the Down Syndrome community through sport and connection.
What to Wear:
Athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required.
Parents & Siblings:
Parents and siblings are welcome to attend the event and join in on the tours of Cowboys Stadium, locker rooms, and more; however, they will not participate in the lacrosse activities. Families are required to remain on-site for the duration of the event, as this is not a drop-off program.
Space is limited and registration is required by Wednesday, October 22. Questions? Please contact Hannah Fredette (Hannah@downsyndromedallas.org)
