VIRTUAL BOOK CLUB FOR ADULTS WITH DOWN SYNDROME AGES 18+

Join us this fall for our Virtual Adult Book Club! Participants will step into the magical world of Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie as they read together, ask questions, and engage in fun discussions. The first 15–30 minutes of each session will be reserved for social time, where participants are able catch to up with friends. For the remainder of the session, the group will take turns reading the book aloud together.

Wednesdays (Virtual)
August 5th – September 23rd, 2026
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

The Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas will provide each participant with a zoom link and copy of the book before the first meeting.

Space is limited and registration closes Tuesday, July 28th (or until the program is full). For questions or to discuss specific accommodations or modifications for this program, please contact Ava Burns.

Please only enroll if your adult plans to attend the majority of the program.

End of Book Club Celebration

Self-Advocates from both our Virtual and In-Person Book Clubs are invited to join us on Tuesday, September 29th, from 5:30–7:30 PM for our end-of-book-club celebration!

We'll celebrate by watching Peter Pan and enjoying Spin Pizza together at the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas office (1651 N. Collins Blvd., Suite 170, Richardson, TX 75080).

We hope everyone can join us for this fun end-of-semester celebration as we wrap up another great Book Club together!
